OUR PROCESS
Our process begins with understanding what actually exists. Using 3D scanning, 360° imagery, field verification, and traditional documentation methods, we capture buildings and project sites as they are today and transform those conditions into accurate, usable project information.
We don't simply scan a building and hand over imagery. We can carry the information forward into drawings, documentation, project development, and design—providing a single source from real-world capture through usable project deliverables.

For property & casualty applications, SpaceDoc360 provides pre-loss and post-loss documentation, precise measurements, floor-plan data, 360° imagery, and detailed field documentation to support insurance claims, restoration, and reconstruction planning. Project data can be delivered in Xactimate-compatible .ESX format for import directly into Xactimate®, helping move captured property measurements and documentation into the estimating workflow without manually rebuilding the project from field measurements.
